On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10 am.

The hotel is fed with water from its own Petschnighof mountain spring. Mountain spring water of the highest drinking water quality flows from all taps.
For a fee, there is the option to use all amenities as well as meals each before check-in and after check-out.
We ask for registration, our reception team will be happy to help.
Guests must present a valid negative test result, vaccination certificate, or confirmation of having had COVID-19 disease in addition to the usual registration upon arrival.
Childcare is offered from as early as 6 months.
We offer baby, child and teen care with different programs.
Only for baby care we ask for registration until the evening before.
Both lunch and dinner are served in the Happy dining room.
Baby high chairs, baby dishes as well as bibs in the restaurant. Buggies, back carriers and baby slings are available for rent at the reception. Room facilities as described under the item baby equipment in the room.
Our Hipp organic baby buffet (accessible 24 h) offers various porridges, milk formula and various jars for free withdrawal.
We are happy to enable the provision of dietary, vegetarian, vegan or, for example, gluten-free food.

For the whole family is included in our carefree package as follows: a rich breakfast buffet, lunch snack, afternoon cake buffet and evening 5-course menu or buffet. For the children there is a separate buffet every evening.
Hot drinks and various fruit juices from the juice bar are included for the entire family throughout the day.
Our riding school is located directly on the hotel grounds and is exclusively available to Petschnighof guests.
We offer daily riding lessons from vaulting, to group lessons and classes, to several hours of trail riding everything. Thus, the optimal riding offer is available for all age groups from 3-99 years.
At Petschnighof live 15 horses, alpacas, rabbits, goats, sheep, fallow deer, fish and cats.
All children are allowed to pet all the animals at any time.
Childcare has an extensive program of farm experiences. We go feed animals, drive tractor, go fishing, go for walks with the animals, make farm butter, gather herbs u. v. m.
The water world as well as the Alm-Spa with the saunas are open daily from 11:00-18:00.
In the hotel there is an extensive offer of various massages . You are welcome to book appointments before arrival.
All parking spaces are available to our guests free of charge.
Dogs are welcome. Our reservation team will be happy to tell you in which rooms and chalets dogs are allowed.
Our prices are “from prices” and are per adult including. Pleasure full board and all inclusive services. Local tax of 1,60 € per adult and day exclusive.
Within the booking confirmation you will receive a request to pay a deposit. As soon as we receive the deposit, the reservation is fixed and binding.
With us the general Austrian cancellation conditions (WKO) apply.
Cancellation free of charge until 2 days before arrival. Possibility of rebooking:
We offer all guests a free rebooking for another period regardless of the time of cancellation. This helps to avoid cancellation costs.
To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. Our reception team will be happy to advise you on your options.
Otherwise, the cancellation conditions apply according to the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry according to our GTC.
