A negative Covid-19 test is not required prior to arrival.
The wellness area as well as the water world with the pools can be used normally and there is no mask requirement.
The childcare center is open as usual. It is aired several times a day.
Yes, we still recommend travel insurance. If you are unable to arrive due to a positive test result or quarantine order, we will require confirmation.
Should it not be possible to arrive due to corona-related travel restrictions, a cancellation free of charge is possible at any time.
The safety and security of our guests is our top priority. In our small family resort in the middle of nature far from crowds there is enough space for sufficient distance. Our hygiene concept allows you to feel safe during your vacation.
You won’t find that much space anywhere!

In case of a travel warning, governmental quarantine order and positive COVID-19 test result, cancellation is possible up to 2 days before the start of the vacation upon presentation of an official notice.
We recommend taking out travel insurance, our reservations team will be happy to advise you.
Rebooking instead of cancellation fees!
We offer all guests the possibility to postpone the vacation to another period free of charge in case of cancellation – regardless of how many days before arrival the cancellation is made. This helps to avoid cancellation costs.
